The methodology trainings are delivered by Maria Diaconu, certified Scrum Master, former Quality Assurance Manager who brought TechTeam Akela directly to CMMI Maturity Level 3 and who has a lot of hands-on experience in organizing software development teams, both in the context of process-oriented methodologies (like CMMI) and of people-oriented methods of work (like the family of agile methodologies).
