Course Outline (what we will do)
The day starts with a short overview of agility and how it helps and sometimes hurts the delivery of competitive and valuable products. After discussing expectations for the class, the rest of the day covers the fundamentals of agile product planning including road mapping tools, creating and using product backlogs, personas and user stories and story maps.
The course is highly interactive, so the agenda will adapt to the needs of the participants.
