Who Are We

We are a young team of talented, passionate, experienced consultants and trainers having a deep understanding of the software world. We like to do hands-on activities, we are results-driven and we enjoy our work. This is not a 9 to 5 job, it's a lifestyle.

At the same time, we like to improve ourselves continuously. We are critical and objective thinkers. We learn from history and our own experiences. We look at what other people are doing and use the good ideas. We like to improve things around us, and we work to improve what we know best: software development.

All of us played different roles in software development projects, being developers, business analysts, project managers, Scrum Masters and so forth. That's how we understood the technological, the human and the business aspects of software.

Our international experience is extended to more than ten industries (including banking, energy, printing, media planning) and more than ten countries (including France, Switzerland, U.K., Belgium).

We are all fluent in at least two foreign languages and many of us worked abroad. That's how we learned to communicate with people from different countries and cultures. Although the company is located in Bucharest, Romania, we collaborate with people from all over the world.
